Who are you (company) and how long have you been around?

Onesys Research AB is the company behind the social intranet product MyLive.
MyLive is an intranet software developed at Microsoft .NET and are largely fully developed.
The product is responsive and has been on the market for 1 ½ year.

    What does your product do?

MyLive is a social intranet that contains the most requested features available on modern intranet specifications.

The product provides support for the most basic needs, but also for collaboration and knowledge transfer.
Because of the responsive design, the user can take work on their pocket and always have access to their co-workers.

What makes you unique in this industry that I am not able to get with other vendors?

MyLive is an intranet software that doesn’t need any development or consultants = lower costs and fast project without sacrificing features and customization options.
You can get your own social and responsive intranet in days and start with your integrations, content- and user management much earlier than in a traditional develop project.
In addition to the features of MyLive our customers choose the product because of the resource project that involves minimal development and adaptions.

Who are your 3 main competitors?

EPiServer Relate +, SharePoint and PODIO.

    Which are your existing customers?

    Sweden Energy

    Online Group

    Colosseum Dental AS

    Gagnef and Vännäs municipality

    National Historical Museums

    MLT & PROTOMA AB

Swedish Council for Social Research and the Swedish Council for Work Life Research

    Mo Gård AB

    Statens Musikverk (Public sector)

Is it possible to customize the environment?
Yes, we always do a graphic customize, integrate with Active Directory and Singe Sign-on. If the customer wants to do more and integrate with other internal systems, then we are always open for a discussion.
What do you bring to the table in terms of top benefits versus us simply implementing it ourselves?

No basic development because of the already fully developed environment. Responsive from day 1. Because it’s a software yo can easily install it on your SQL-database and Microsoft server.

Are there any differences between hosted and on-premise versions of the software?

    No.

Who owns the data we’ll share on the platform, you or us?

    You.

Can we monitor and track usage?

    Yes.

How can I get my data out at the end of our relationship?

    MyLive runs at your database.

What are your best practice approaches to gaining adoption of your product?

Because you don’t need to run a big project for years with a lot of expensive development you can now focus on the adaption and user management from “day 1”. We want you to focus less on the technique and more on content- and user management. That’s the key to achieve an effective intranet usage.

Which languages does your product support?

For now Swedish and English but we can easily makes it support more languages.

What kind of support can we expect from you after implementing your product in our organization?

We offer a service agreement that gives you the support you need and also gives you quarterly product updates.

Do you have a community of customers that we can participate in to share experiences and approaches?

We’re building a community this summer.

What is the model for upgrades and releases?

Each quarter with the service agreement.

    What is your pricing model?
Start-up (15%/ Graphic customize, project start-up and software installation )
    Licensing (65%/number of users)
Service/support agreement (20% of start-up and licensing and billed annually)

Is there something else you would like our readers to know about you?

We think that a lot of organizations develops too much. What you can e in modern intranets is that there is always the same features, regardless of industry or size of organization. What makes your organization unique is the integration with your internal IT-systems, content and how you use it – that is what our model allows you to focus on.
