What is the model for upgrades and releases?
MangoApps offers new releases on average every 2-3 months. For multi-tenant cloud customers, new releases are pushed to production and customers receive detailed release notes explaining all the new features and capabilities.
Private cloud and on-premise customers choose the date/time to receive upgrades. The MangoApps technical team remotely installs all new upgrades with very little to zero downtime.
What is your pricing model?
MangoApps’ multi-tenant cloud offering is a month-to-month service requiring no commitments. There’s a free BASIC Plan, as well as BUSINESS and ENTERPRISE premium plans.
