    If you have used Quora you know how great it is to find answers to your questions in a matter of  seconds.

    It´s a really useful tool.

    If you don´t know what quora is:

    Quora is a Q&A platform created, edited, and organized by everyone who uses it.

    It´s kind of a social version of Answers.com or Yahoo Answers. Anybody can ask a question and anyone can write an answer to any question.

    How do I know what´s the best answer? Well, that´s the beauty of social software: the same users vote and decide what´s the best answer. Now that´s powerful. 50 minds are much wiser than 1, right?

    So if it works so well in the consumer world, why aren´t  companies  using something similar to boost productivity?

    Well, companies are a bit slow in adapting to new technologies. But once they start seeing the benefits of having an internal Q&A platform they´ll adopt it quickly.
